Global climate change is an immediate threat to the lives of all people. It must be controlled as soon as possible. Arguments that claim otherwise are ignoring the fact nearly 100% of qualified scientists in the field agree on this. Actually we may already be past the so-called "tipping point". In any case we must act immediately to bring atmospheric CO2 content below 350; "immediately" means by 2020 and no later.
