I can't believe an Ohioan fell for this load of crap and actually initiated a bill to limit CO2 emissions so severely. I hope that you can find enough support to defeat this H. Res 847. It will devastate the US Economy while sending very much needed jobs overseas. Cap and Trade part 2. Kill the Bill!
