Legacy of the 111th Congress-Dismantle of an Individual's Civil Liberties

It's not the right of the Federal or State government:
The issue should be that under an individual's civil liberties an individual has the right to have domain over their own being, their bodies, mind and health which is an individual's right to choose their Health Care Provider and choice of Health Care. It's not the right of the Federal or State Government to impose a Government Health Care Plan on their citizens, of which, when implemented by this 111th Congress will enable the Federal Government to "impose and enforce on each individual, businesses and corporations this Government run Health Care which will then be mandated taxes and fines"
The 111th Congress implies that they have the power to mandate a Government Health Care insurance Plan (Government Option) under "Section 8 of the Constitution" under the "General Welfare" clause. Congress has the legislative hand (the power) for the good of the country and for the good of the people to mandate individuals and businesses to "purchase of the Government Health Care Product & Services" of which Congress will finally implement by "imposing on each individual, businesses and corporations mandated taxes and fines".

If Congress can do whatever in their discretion can be done by money, and will promote the General Welfare, the Government is no longer a limited one, possessing enumerated powers, but an indefinite one, subject to particular exceptions. The rights of an individual to choose their own Insurance Provider and to make their own health care choices and decisions will now be distributed under the control of the Federal Government Health Care Choice Commissioners and a Decision Board as in "Sec 142 "of the bill. The "Health Care Czar will then oversee the Decision Board and Health Choice Commissioners and will then oversee the functions and operations of this Government run Health Care system? Will these positions be appointed by Congress?
All this is happening while the United State's debt grows by leaps and bounds every second and while the dollar $ is plummeting in the global market. While in countries like Mexico and Canada their currency continues to rise. Yet the 111th Congress and President Obama states that we are on an "Recession Recovery" course due to the passage of the "Stimulus Bill". What happened to the after effects and oversight of the "Ominbus Bill" and the "Budget" on all this recovery? The Stock Market considers that they are having a "jobless recovery" as a direct result to the laying off of their employees and the encountered mergers and the subsidies received by the federal government. All this while unemployment is at an average overall rate of 10% and in states like Michigan and California an estimated 12% + depending on what news media is reporting it.
"In his farewell address, George Washington speaking on our dual federal system stated: "the spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers...in one, and thus to create?, . . . a real despotism . *
He went on to warn:
"Let there be no change in the constitution by usurpation; for though this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed." [5] [P. 2241] For "customary weapon" read " Stewart Machine Co. v Davis" (301 US 548) 1937.
