Report Federal Corruption

To:
Sen. Thomas Carper

October 23, 2009

Senator Carper,

I am again reporting a serious matter involving Federal corruption to your office and many others. I request safe haven and Federal protection as F.B.I. special agent Bill DiCola and other rogue members of the Philadelphia F.B.I. continue to harrass me and my mother Marie Mills at her Voorhees, N.J. residence. I have lost everything because of injustice and corruption. I lost my 4 bedroom home, over $100,000 in other assets and my former inlaws have unlawfully taken my nine year old daughter Allison Mills from me. Many crimes have been committed against me including obstruction of justice. I appreciate and expect your offices full cooperation so that my family and I will finally receive justice. Below are confirmation e-mail receipts from Senator Robert P. Casey dated October 19, 2009 and from Senator Arlen Specter dated September 18, 2009. I will visit your offices and seek financial and protective aid. The U.S. Senate Judiciary commitee advised the state of NJ to prosecute this matter yet the U.S. Attorneys offices fail to assist me? This comittee advised the state of N.J. to prosecute N.J. Attorney General case#200706634 yet zero arrests have been made? I have also reported this matter to NJ Governor Corzine and Pennsylvania Governor Rendell's office.

After being intimidated in the state of N.J. and per congressman Fatah's offices advice and instructions I have left the state of New Jersey and taken residence at:

RHD Ridge Center
1360 Ridge Ave
Phila, PA 19144
Tel: 215-236-0909 - *I may be reached best here as my cell phone is presently turned off.

***This was made necessary because of further police intimidation carried out by Voorhees, N.J. Police and rogue members of the F.B.I. who have encouraged intimidation, other illegal activity including false imprisonment.
I have sent many reports to officials in DE, N.J. & PA but I still have not been interviewed in person by the U.S. OIG (DOJ). I kindly ask that your office please forward this complaint to: OIG.HOTLINE@USDOJ.GOV as my complaints are not being duly received / handled?

Sincerely,
Richard Mills
