Subject:
I say no to the FCC net neutrality proposal

To:
Rep. Mark Kirk

October 23, 2009

Mr. Kirk,

I believe the latest FCC proposal for rule changes to enforce net neutrality on Internet providers is ill advised and more importantly will negatively impact the end-users. The ISPs whether they be land based or wireless need the ability to control abusers and heavy download users. I say no to the FCC proposal !!

My wife and I are daily users of the Internet for browsing and e-mail and feel our providers should have the tools to manage users who can deteriorate connections for the 95% of users.
