"Special interests" and earmarks are unconstitutional!
Federal tax dollars should benefit the nation as a whole.
The Constitution gives limited powers to Washington: National Defense, and National and International trade - to include strengthining and facilitating trade, primarily.
Taxes should support these activities!
Balancing the budget should be a primary goal.
