Support HR 676 - single payer health care system

Me and many of my friends and relatives are concerned that the lobbying power of special interests such as the health insurance industry will necessarily weaken many bills proposed in congress, and the health insurance reform bill currently is stuck at deliberating over whether to have a public option or not. This is unacceptable, and I propose that you support a fully alternative system that many rich (and not so rich) countries have that is efficient and cost effective. Support HR 676 and similar legislation that supports a medicare-for-all kind of system, foregoing all insurance carriers. I believe in the free market, but unfortunately the sad fact that corparatism has taken over most of government requires that we take more adamant and resolved measure to ensure that the people, not corporations, are what government works for.
