Thank you for voting NO on "Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010". At a cost of $23.3B, I am sorry that it passed.
Pleas continue along this vein as you consider Health Care legislation and vote "No" again.
With respect to Health Care, try Tort Reform as a first step to reduce costs. additionally, if we can truely save billions by making Medicare more efficient, DO IT! Why do we need a health care bill to make that happen?
