H1N1 Vaccination Program

I have a very simple question....why are legal citizens being denied H1N1 flu shots when illegal aliens are being given it? Yesterday in Greenbelt Maryland I was told I couldn't get a vaccination until they finish giving them to priority groups....then I could try to get one. There was no check to see if the people getting vaccinated yesterday were here legally...and it wasn't just children and folks over 64 getting their shots. It was anyone who would say they had a chronic disease or might be pregnant. I have a real problem with illegal aliens being able to get H1N1 shots when legal citizens cannot. We were among the few who spoke English there. In fact, we were taken out of line because we DID speak English. Seems the Spanish speaking volunteers were busy, but not those that spoke English alone. I'm not saying everyone there who spoke only Spanish was illegal, but you know and I know that there were illegal aliens getting vaccinated when I couldn't.
Something you might consider is that illegal aliens cannot (yet) vote, but I can.
