Dear Sirs,
I joined the U.S.A.R. two days after Operation Desert Storm started in '91. I served and performed well. As far as I know, I had done no wrong. I was even awarded an Army achievement medal. Last year I inquired about reenlisting and have continued to inquire this year. My local recruiter has failed to service my interests stating that my records are not available to him. In particular my reenlistment code reads as "N/A". I myself requested records from Saint Louis only to receive the same paperwork stating N/A. I know I would like some answers. This inefficient record keeping is keeping a great troop out of the service. I would like to serve so I hope you can help.
