I am a 45year old single mom that lost, and gave guardianship to my a past life experience Friend...I am battling now a battery charge that has now been put in the system on my background...This situation happened last year 2/24/2008 for me spanking my 15year old daughter that was out -of-control, disobedient, and a manipulator....I was never brought up on any charges due to this issue until July 24th,2009...DCS waited until another case that I was battling was dismissed before they entered it in...which was july 24th,2009...While that case still says that It is a misdemeanor when I wasn't even convicted...This situation has conflicting issues...because I have this Battery Charge against me...I'm being contacted now for requesting to keep a relationship between I and my 16year old daughter...How is that possible when you have a Battery Charge and DCS made a referral for a organization to contact you for visitations with your child???My daughter has been subpoena to testify in court on October 27th, crt rm. 17...I am still finding it very hard to gain employment when I have this charges on my background...
I would really appreciate some assistance in this area...
