Our Court Systems for Custody

In 2005-2006 while my daughter was an 8th grade student I filed for custody. Reasons due to she wasn't attending school and failing while in her mother's custody. Case was called for Hearing on Emergency Relief. The court denied my motion for custody, resulting in my child missing over 60 days of that school year. Neither the court system nor the school systems acted on filing charges against her mother for the school days missed nor the visitation I was denied.
In 2006-2007 while my daughter was in 9th grade I filed again reasons due to she wasn't attending school while in her mothers custody. Again the courts did not see an emergency issue with my daughter not attending school & my ex wife not following a judges order. Again the school system did not act on filing charges against her mother for my daughter missing over 100 days of school / classes.
In 2007-2008 while my daughter was suppose to be in the 10th grade I continued my fight for custody. As my daughter was still not attending school missing over another 100 days, the court system denied my motion for a Custody Investigation / Home Study.
In 2008-2009 while my daughter was suppose to be in the 11th grade I was still fighting for custody. As my daughter was still not attending school missing over another 100 days or school and classes. Neither the Court System nor the School Systems help me in my battle to help my daughter.
As my income could no longer support my fight for custody of my daughter, and my ex-wife being allowed to file false charges of abuse on my wife and myself. I had no other choice but to give up in the fight.
2009-2010 my daughter should have been a Senior in High School this year. Instead my daughter is now a 17-year old High School Drop Out with only a 7th grade education & 4 High School Credits. She faces criminal charges as the State of Maryland has charged her as an adult for Assault in the 1st degree and Intent w/ a Dangerous Weapon. All while in the care of her mother.
Our laws and Family Support Services supports a parent such as myself that has done everything possible in the past 5 years to gain custody of his daughter to hopefully provide her with a future as an adult. I am now paying child support to my ex-wife for my daughter whom doesn't attend school and is recognized by the State of Maryland as an Adult.
I know your time is limited and my story has an extensive amount of other details I would like to share. For now I have provided the basics in hopes that I can be provided an opportunity or a place to turn to share the rest of my information so that this doesn't happen to another child or family.
