Health Care -- not at this time, too much confusion even for even the congress to explain, and with all the changes it becomes even more so.

Do the following first:

Tort reform: Necessary to reduce medical expenses.*
Fraud: Eliminate in present government plan
Availability: Allow all private medical plans to be available in all states.

After we have a better understanding of the problems and cost, we can look at other forms of reform.

*Tort reform: The government could then pay the lawyers that charge exorbitant medical malpractice fees to seek out the people that abuse the present system. This may cut some of the cost to our present system and save all of us some money. These lawyers would be reimbused by government. (I know many lawyers in congress will not lke the idea). Might seem like a silly idea to some, but could be a start.

If this bill is passed, Obama thinks he will go down in the history for this accomplisment, and with all the other programs passed he may go into the history books as the president that bankruped ths U.S.A.
