Subject:
Let the first-time home buyers tax credit expire

To:
Rep. George Miller

September 29, 2009

The mortgage industry still needs a lot of improvement.

1. Loans should not be made unless the folks getting the loan have a decient credit number.
2. They should need to provide enough down payment to insure they will not want to lose it on a default.
3. They need to porvide adequate proof that they can make the payments.

Only after the above mentioned steps are in place should any type of tax credit credit be allowed.
