I am a 15 year old in a Wheelchair. My parents drive me to stores, mall and other places that have Handicap parking. I find that it is impossible to park because they are all full. We have a side ramp vehicle and the ramp needs to come out the side to get me out. I know of a lot of people with ramp vans that have the same problem. I would like to see the law change to allow for a few spots per each location be allocated to Wheelchair vehicles only. Other wise we have to park way out just to get me out of the car.
