 The Patriot Act was an over-reaching, haphazardly drafted, disastrous piece of legislation pushed through in an overreaction to the event of September 11th. The infringements of our constitutionally guaranteed rights are unparalleled and devastating for our democracy. I urge you to to support our 1st amendment rights and reform FISA and reign in the under-regulated eavesdropping and spying on civilians!
