Rep. Gonzalez,
I don't know why the president needs so many czars in the White House. The czars should go thru a congressional debate if these people will be giving the President advice. The Congress should continue to oversee the decision and the bills should be coming from the House and Senate. not the Czars. It seems like Pres. Obama wants to run the show.
