Our elderly parents are being swindled by a corrupt conservatorship scam. My mother has been robbed, abused, and discarded by a system that is supposed to protect her. No capacity declaration, no incompetence, ripped out of her home, stripped of her basic fundamental rights, robbed of her home and savings and injured which resulted in her toe being amputated.
This kind of abuse is happening every day in California. I can't understand why our representatives, citizens or somebody stop this nightmare.
I ask you Mrs. Speier what would you do if this was happening to your parents?
