I am all for everything that is in in place now as far as the patriot act goes. I think whatever needs to be done and put in place to ensure the safety of this country and the American people should be. Ignore all of these incompetent idiots that are concerned about their privacy rights. If they have nothing to hide than why do they think that they are so special that the government would want to listen in on their personal conversations with friends or family about what restaurant they ate at last weekend? Our national security and the protection of our children is most important, do whatever you have to do to make us secure as possible. It is unnerving knowing how tunnel visioned some people are when they get set on an issue that involves them personally. Everyone needs to consider the bigger picture and if their safety is not their number one concern than send THEM over to Afghanistan and let THEM risk their lives for our personal freedoms. That would never happen but I don't see them volunteering on the front lines either. Ignore them, all they are is uneducated radical activists that will eventually lose sight of their main objective in their (passionately objective) protests. Keep up the great work you have done thus far and thank you for allowing me to sleep sound at night knowing that if I want to go to the grocery store tomorrow with my babies I don't have to worry about some psycho walking in and blowing all of us up in the name of Allah. (Some God!) Thank you again, Stacy, 25 year old wife and mother of a 3 yr. old boy and a 4 month old baby girl! Geauga county Ohio.
