What is wrong with you?? Are you sooo far removed from the everyday, average constituent that you are simply voting along party lines and not for the people you represent? The student loan debacle is horrid !!! I see what is happening with my own daughter and son in law. They have student loans that ended up in default because my son in law lost his job. My daughter is the only one working and my son in law's unemployment has run out. They are garnishing her wages which is a financial disaster. I help them when I can; however I am not rich either. You politicians sit in your government offices and have lost touch with what is going on in this country. My daughter and son in law graduated with honors from Humboult University and worked hard to get their degrees...alot of good it did them!! They are in such a financial downtrend because of their student loans. They can't even file bankruptcy, because the student loans would be exempt from that action. Instead of trying to out-maneuver the opposite political party, you should try and help the people who voted for you and give you a good salary and great health care benefits (unlike the majority of the common folk). I would certainly appreciate if you could contact me with any ideas on how to help my daughter and son in law. It would be refreshing to see a politician actually help a citizen!!
