Though Rep. Wilson was out of line during Obama's speech he did the right thing by apologizing afterwards and that should have been the end of the story.
It truly bothers me Rep. Castle the visciousness of the Democrats especially in the House. I quoted in 2006 that life would be hell with Nancy Pelosi as Speaker. Under her, the Republicans get raked over the coals while Democrats like Charle Rangel get away with breaking the law.
The charges against Charlie Rangel are far worse than the outburst by Rep. Wilson. In a sense I can understand Rep. Wilson's frustration and do agree that Obama lies. As a citizen I do pay attention to what both sides of the aisle have to say and try to be fair.
The way the majority of the Democrats are conducting themselves is downright embarrassing as an American and for the image we portray around the world. No wonder we are losing respect and other countries are backing away. Between the nastiness of both leaders, Pelosi and Reid, and the Obama Administration they have lowered our intelligence and respect quite a few notches.
You can tell Rep. Wilson we support him and he should not have been reprimanded when someone like Charlie Rangel can still serve. With regards to Mr. Rangel I am sure we would be hauled off to jail by the IRS if we failed to report income like he did.
The behavior by this Congress is despicable and embarrassing. Americans are disgusted and angry. Many haved blogged about Rep. Wilson and support him especially with the way he has been treated by Pelosi and the Democrats. They are only signing away their reelection chances!
