my husband is fighting for rights to his children the state took the kids from him and his ex wife when the mother was doing drugs and now they are trying to take his rights away when we feel that the children should not have been taken away from him in the first place because they were seperated. he went to court and the papers say that the state failed to prove anything against him but the judge found him unfit anyway. We are trying to find justice, the children are living with their grandparents at the time being but we want them to come and live with us. if you have any ideas or suggestions about what we can do please let us know. thank you
