Are the people that oppose health care reform one of the 50 million uninsured? Of course not.
A friend of mine just passed away. She was sick but would not go to a doctor because the family had no health insurance. She and her husband fought for over a year about this. She was afraid that doctor and hospital bills would end up costing them their house, the one valuable thing they had.
It is very sad to think that she died at 55 years old so that the family would not lose their home.
We need reform now!!!
