The US Constitution and Bill of Rights Does Not:
#1. Guarantee anyone healthcare
#2. Does not require employers furnish healthcare to employees.
Does Healthcare need reforming? YES
How?
A. Eliminate Government fraud & waste in Medicare and Medicaid
B. Eliminate fraudulent Malpractice law suits
C. Eliminate Government fraud & waste in the Social Security System
Finally, if you want government run healthcare, move to the countries that have it.
