Buddhists have an expression. "What is REAL is that which never changes." God never changes. Therefore, God is REAL.
God doesn't change insofar as His existence is eternal. Is your existence eternal? "The soul that sinneth, it shall die." [Ezekiel 18:20 KJV]

Scientists have an expression or saying that applies to the Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence (SETI). It applies to God also. "ABSENCE OF EVIDENCE IS NOT EVIDENCE OF ABSENCE." Albert Einstein believed that "God does not play dice with the universe." Einstein, one of the smartest scientists in recent history, believed in God. However, many scientists reject the idea of divinity.
Stephen Foster said: "Row, row, row your boat gently down the stream. Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily life is but a dream." Are your life experiences real or merely manifestations of a dream? Is your life real or just an illusion? Deciding "what is real" is like viewing holograms. The perspectives and consequent implications look different from each direction. To understand with clarity, one must contemplate on a higher level. One must outgrow the egocentric mindset.

Citizens should protect any constitution that proclaims the existence of a God from whom legal and political rights originate. Otherwise, the government could declare individual "rights" to be null and void. This outcome is known as Collectivism.
Hitler, Stalin, and Mao rejected moral absolutes. Similarly, Liberals (AKA Progressives) want to destroy belief in God in order to advance the notion of "Moral Relativism." Beware of this grave danger because the political consequence of eradicating God from public life is ENSLAVEMENT. Moral Relativism leads to tyranny.
