We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Article One, Section 8: The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States:
Article One, Section 8, Paragraph 8: To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries.
Problem: Every single day in every city, town and community across the globe the cell phone is silently wreaking havoc. Most people including many of our congressional leaders simply are not aware of the number or the magnitude of problems today's wireless technology is causing. In addition to everyday loss of life, education, and family harmony, the cell phone is costing our country as much as $450 BILLION dollars each year. With incredible rapidity cell phones have become a ubiquitous part of society, yet for more than a decade we have turned a blind eye to their ever increasing problems. The time is NOW to put an end to these problems. We can no longer afford to let this problematic freight train continue to exacerbate.
The answer, although not impressively complicated, WILL require a congressional mandate. That is if we want to put an end to these problems swiftly and decisively. Here's why. Because there are over 650 different cell phone makes and models combined with open, closed & partially closed configurations, and because there exists no standard protocols within the operating systems of these mobile devices, a universal comprehensive solution has not yet been able to be commercialized.
Solution: One company, Try Safety First has invented these protocols. Protocols that can easily be embedded into the firmware of all wireless communication devices to provide parents, teachers, wardens, judges, pastors, public transportation officials, hospital administrators, and business owners an optional tool to easily eliminate their respective wireless problems.
Protocol implementation means parents and employers will no longer worry about their respective family members texting and emailing when behind the wheel. Educators will regain control over their classrooms while comfortably being able to engage their students by using current and future wireless technologies as a teaching tool. And correction officials will develop confidence their prison facilities insure just sentences are being served and not just a temporary housing facility to orchestrate additional criminal activity.
