'Fluoridation' of Drinking/Tap waters by tens of hundreds of government Utilities throughout the USA should be under the auspices of the USA-FDA as dental societies are claiming the fluoride in the drinking water is for 'Better Oral Health'. Essentially, this is a 'Better Oral Health' drug claim'.
The problem is, the FDA refuses to APPROVE or REGULATE the SAFETY of using Fluorosilicate chemicals [e.g. Hydrofluosilicic acid and/or Sodium fluorsilicate] sold by the Phosphate mining & fertilizer processing industries as relates to the dental 'Better Oral Health' claim.
The Fluorosilicates originate from the Phosphate Fertilizer production process, where acidulation of the phosphate ore drives off the 'fl ion' and other impurities [e.g. Arsenic, Lead, foamer, radionuclide, etc,] as it is captured in EPA regulated HAPS units [Hazardous Air Pollution |Scrubbers]. The HFSA is then EPA classified 'Hazardous Waste'.
Well now, 7000+ EPA Union civil servants are fed-up with the lobbying Phosphate Corporations being able to sell this 'Hazardous Waste' to hundreds of city government’s water utilities to essentially dump into our drinking/tap waters. Further down in this Letter, please Read their PR announcement calling for a MORATORIUM throughout USA on putting Silicofluorides in our Drinking water as done by many Water Utilities in this State of California.
Today, millions of USA Water Bill Payers, Utility Bond Payers and TaxPayers are Paying BILLIONS annually for capital 'fl' buildings & equipment and for this illicitly lobbied and 'never proven SAFE' drug delivery system. The AWWA [Amer. Water Works Assoc.] has a conservation pamphlet [I can send you a couple, if you respond to whom & address where to send] ... that essentially states, "...less than 1% of water utilities treatment chemicals is ever consumed [e.g. swallowed] by humans. The rest goes into our Habitats or eventually into ground water or WWTP's [Waste Water |Treatment Plants], cumulatively. Inversely, if 99% of the treatment HFSA is WASTED, then many would surmise that so called 'fluoridation' is the Worlds Most Wasteful, COSTLY, & Ineffective 'Medicant' Delivery System!
So called 'fluoridation' is nothing more than an illicit, back-door way for Phosphate mining & fertilizer multi-national corporations to get rid of their ‘Hazardous Waste’ as they execute their 'corporate pollution' scam. They practice the old polluters' saying, "The Solution to Pollution is Dilution!"
If there are federal laws demanding that these fluorosilicate HAZARDOUS WASTES cannot be dumped into our Oceans, then what gives the Phosphate ore processing conglomerates the right to sell these 'fluorosilicates' into our |Drinking waters?

EPA Unions Call for Nationwide Moratorium on Fluoridation,
Congressional Hearing on Adverse Effects, Youth Cancer Cover Up
Eleven EPA employee unions representing over 7000 environmental and public health professionals of the Civil Service have called for a moratorium on drinking water fluoridation programs across the country, and have asked EPA management to recognize fluoride as posing a serious risk of causing cancer in people. The unions acted following revelations of an apparent cover-up of evidence from Harvard School of Dental Medicine linking fluoridation with elevated risk of a fatal bone cancer in young boys.
The unions sent letters to key Congressional committees asking Congress to legislate a moratorium pending a review of all the science on the risks and benefits of fluoridation. The letters cited the weight of evidence supporting a classification of fluoride as a likely human carcinogen, which includes other epidemiology results similar to those in the Harvard study, animal studies, and biological reasons why fluoride can reasonably be expected to cause the bone cancer – osteosarcoma – seen in young boys and test animals. The unions also pointed out recent work by Richard Maas of the Environmental Quality Institute, University of North Carolina that links increases in lead levels in drinking water systems to use of silicofluoride fluoridating agents with chloramines disinfectant.
The letter to EPA Administrator Stephen Johnson asked him to issue a public warning in the form of an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking setting the health-based drinking water standard for fluoride at zero, as it is for all known or probable human carcinogens, pending a recommendation from a National Academy of Sciences’ National Research Council committee. That committee’s work is not expected to be done before 2006.
The unions also asked Congress and EPA’s enforcement office, or the Department of Justice, to look into reasons why the Harvard study director, Chester Douglass, failed to report the seven-fold increased risk seen in the work he oversaw, and instead wrote to the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, the federal agency that funded the Harvard study, saying there was no link between fluoridation and osteosarcoma. Douglass sent the same negative report to the National Research Council committee studying possible changes in EPA’s drinking water standards for fluoride.
The unions who signed the letters represent EPA employees from across the nation, including laboratory scientists in Ohio, Oklahoma and Michigan, regulatory support scientists and other workers at EPA headquarters in Washington, D.C. and science and regulatory workers in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and San Francisco. They are affiliated with the National Treasury Employees Union, the American Federation of Government Employees, Engineers and Scientists of California/International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, and the National Association of Government Employee/Service Employees International Union. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not found or approved any fluoride compound to be safe and effective in Drinking Water ! The FDA has NOT Approved any Fluoride chemical for 'mass medication' in Drinking Waters !!
There is not one 'peer reviewed', independent, comprehensive scientific test showing 'fluoride' illicitly sourced from the phosphate mining & fertilizer industries as 'hydrofluosilicic acid' or anhydrous 'Sodium fluorosilicate' to be Safe for any Drinking Water application!!
Many Question whether a City's mission in managing their Water is to deliver the purest potable Water, or to attempt to 'mass medicate' its Citizens by injecting hazardous fluoride, ARSENIC & LEAD laden fluorosilicate chemicals into their Drinking Waters?
It is IMPOSSIBLE to control the DOSAGE of 'fl' contained in our drinking waters; especially as related to babies, children, teenagers, Adults, Seniors of different Body-SIZE. Essentially, this Dental prescription without dosage control should be considered 'medical mal-practice'. Dentists are licensed for Dental Practices, and they are NOT licensed as full body Physicians.
It is considered to be unethical to add medication to a cities drinking water!
Most are in agreement that so called 'fluoridation' of a Water supply infringes on our Constitutional Rights guaranteeing 'individual choice' with rights of 'individual Consent' as to what each of us put into our body.
