Supreme Court Rules on Detainees 
On Thursday the Supreme Court ruled that detainees being held prisoner at Guantanamo Bay have a right to challenge their imprisonment in federal court. The 5-4 decision stated that the current system of judicial hearings set up for detainees is inadequate and violates the right to habeus corpus. Dissenting judges argue that the ruling is an incursion into military affairs and that it will endanger the lives of Americans. What do you think? I agree with the decision on Guantanamo detainees
